First day of clinical attachment. Didn't do much today, tour around SGH, sat in the lecture theatre and listened to the pre clinical orientation thingy. So boring. I dozed off.. I'm too tired.

Tmr is the real day. Gosh.. I'm scared.

I feel like playing game.. I'm not sleepy already.
